禁酒鋭利継続中。

痛風の誓い
10月末に痛風の発作が来て、食生活変え、酒も週に１、２回外で飲むようにした。
でも、走りまくって酒飲んで発作きて、治ってまた走って疲れて酒飲んで発作、を繰り返すんで、２月２１日からふた月禁酒する。
だから明日まで精一杯酒を飲みます。

日常-非日常
ひょっとして自分は天性のMで、これまで日常的に非母国語に囲まれてることで絶えず安寧みたいなものから遠ざかり、単調な退屈の中に刺激を見出していたのかもしれないな〜。
今は母国語に囲まれ、痛風の痛みには耐えてるけど至極退屈。 あと虫歯。
